To submit an order by fax please provide the following information:

• Company Name
• Your Name
• Phone #
• Email Address
• Billing Address
• Shipping Address (you must provide a physical address)
• Name, Product Code, and Quantity of the Items You Would Like to Order
• Credit Card Number, Type (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Expiration Date, and the Name on the Card

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase orders over $500.  Please contact a member of our customer service team or call 800.909.9750 if you would like to make a purchase order.  Orders under $500 will be considered on a case-by-case basis.   Please contact our customer service team if you would like to place a purchase order for less than $500.  Purchase orders are subject to net 20 terms.  TheGreenOffice.com may require that customers provide a credit card to secure payment within terms.
